lost sense of smell

Hello i'm Dr Rana Asif from pakistan.sir i have some patients of corona.3 kids and one 33 yrs of age men,All patients lost his sense of smell suddenly.no cold .flu fever and cough,Plz tell me whats i do for him?thanks
