Rhinosinusitis with swollen turbinates
I had a surgeey of deviated septumAnd nasal polyp
Now i again face a problem of nasak obstruction..due to swollen turbinates
Sneeze gets stuck..so sinusitis is there..pain in forehead
Please help..chronic problem

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
Calcarea Carb 1000, once in a week in the morning and Arsenic Album 6, twice daily.In addition Silica 3x five tabs three times a day.
Feedback after 7 days.
