Perioral Dermatitis

I have perioral dermatitis under my eye and on the side of my mouth. Any ideas for treatment? I have been using Metro cream but it is very harsh.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Kindly describe in details is it

rash with bumps around the mouth

Burning, stinging sensation

sticky discharge from the eruptions

fluid filled eruptions

pus filled eruptions

scaly / flaky rash

itching in rash

Any other modalities?

Apply only pure coconut oil.No medicated creams other wise treatment will become difficult.

Hi - it is itchy and sometimes burns. There are bumps...at first I thought it was a breakout and/or dry skins. No eruptions. Thank you!
