Non-Verbal Autistic 8 Yr Old Possible Fragile X/MTFHR

Pregnancy was difficult and had pre-term labor twice medicated with MagSo4 and Betamethasone not sure what others during hospital stay. Received Flu vaccine during pregnancy. After MMR he lost his speech, became violent especially when it was time to sleep. Would run in circles and bag chin. I would get bit, hair pulled and kicked, until I changed his diet. He has made great progress with his ATEC going form over 100 to now 42. No birthmarks or skin issues on a regular basis. He did have an outbreak of what seemed to be Chickenpox even though he received that vaccine. That rash took several months to go away and seemed to go a way with an antibiotic that was used for an ear infection. I suspects PANDAS/PANS. He had the Flu and was given TAMIFLU and I stopped it almost immediately because it seemed like he was slipping away. He craves carbs, sugary foods and breads. He hates milk and doesn't usually like slimy foods. He loves music. He was diagnosed with Autism, language impairment, global developmental delays, restricted repetitive behavior, sensory processing difficulty, self-regulation issues. Hypotonia and possible Fragile X Syndrome and microrray analysis. Which are difficult to try and get due to it beinga blood draw. He has been on GFCF, dairy free and yeast free diet but not recently on a very restricted diet. He is on a probiotic/prebiotic/vitamin for spectrum, chelator, a supplement for NRF2, NRF1, NAD and enzymes along with MCT oil. He is not potty trained yet is in pullups, is trying to speak and some words come out clear but most come out like baby babble. He fights to say words. His behavior has improved tremendously. He sometimes shows sexual tendencies. He has had cradle cap at times but not very often. He sleeps well and is most of the time dry in the morning. He has a hard time with motor skills. He understands everyday instructions. He has had bouts of grinding and then times where he doesn't grind. He is delayed in his growing of teeth. He sometimes loves eggs and then goes time without wanting them. HE loves tomato sauce and meat. I am concerned with his speech not returning although it seems to be returning very slowly. I did a zyto scan on him and it showed issues with his prostate as well as other issues. I did notice that he mouth breaths especially at night. He has a very bad "addiction" to phones and has a melt down when we don't let him obtain them but then calms down after a few minutes. He has OCD very badly with socks right now. Sometimes that changes. His urine sometimes smells of ammonia. I am concerned with him not being potty trained and the sexual tendencies. He sweats on his head at night, I read about Calcarea Carbonica and possibly Hyoscyamus helping. He is a very sweet, sensitive boy. He feels bad when he knows he hurt someone and gives affection to say he's sorry. He flaps his hands and lines up things. He has been caught playing with toys appropriately at times. I give him Ionic Footbaths as well and Cold Laser Therapy but not very often. I am also looking into Red Light Therapy for him. I have spent tons of time and money researching and trying things. Much has helped but I am exhausted and want to see if there is something I haven't tried yet that may be a little deeper. I was also looking into trying the MitoCocktail as that has worked in the past. And was looking into GAVA as it dampens the glutamate which is the receptor that is blocking the Hippocampus activity. I also have him on 5-6000IU of Vitamin D3. I included a picture of the stages we have gone through and where he is at now. His zyto scan did show some nosodes that I was concerned with as well.
