Diff between dosage of 1M and 2M
Blessings of Almighty Allah on all, the One Who gave health and heal everyone.My query is a doctor suggested me 4 drops of a medicine with 1M potency. However, the medicine i get is of 2M potency. The doctor is not available what i need to know is that I should take 8 drops of 2M or only 2 drops of 2M.....Regards

1M is widely available than 2M. Both can not be equated. The best course is to get the 1M that was recommended.
However if there is no other way and 2M has to be used urgently, then the same dosage advised for 1M could be used. i.e 4 drops. Personally I'd not advice more than one or two drops.
