Urgent help needed - One sided headache

Hi,

I am a 33 YO male. I am having headache on one side- left side of the head on alternate days. The headache is extreme and very disabling but automatically goes away within an hour or so. I am have this almost every years since past 5-6 years and occurs within this weather only. Also it happens when I have an upset stomach. Few days back I has some curd which possibly smelly and got loose motions next day. I went to an ayurvedic consultant who gave me some medicines and loose motions went away in a couple of days, however the stomach was not fully cured. After a day or two I got headaches and have been having it every alternate day.
In the previous years, I start having very light food such as khichadi, bottle guard etc and it goes away in a couple of days. It is usually linked to stomach and acidity.
Can someone suggest any homeopathic medicine so that it goes away soon. I spoke with a colleague in office who had similar problem and had Iris 200 and it went away. However I wanted to consult a specialist and this forum has always helped me. Request your urgent help please. Thank you

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS  

DAY 4 ONWARDS.

China 30 five drops in an ounce of water three times a day in addition Nat Mur 6x and Silicea 6x five tabs of each three times a day.

Feedback after 7 days.
