Less is more in homeopathy. 30x is more dilute, but also more potent and therefore deeper-acting than 6X. The benefit of 6X is that it requires less precision in selection and can be ideal for light, repeatable dosing.
Potency should be selected based on the length of time symptoms are in the body. Keep in mind that while 30X is more dilute than 6X, it is also more potent and, therefore, potentially deeper acting than 6X. 6X is generally used for acute, short term conditions.
A good rule of thumb is to start with the lower potency, in this case 6X, moving to the higher potency 30X as needed for symptom relief. The benefit of starting with 6X is that, lower potencies have the potential to affect a wider range of symptoms and require less precision in selection while higher potencies need more accurate selection to stimulate ideal healing.

Arnica, pulsatilla, nux vomica etc- they are not cell
Salts. I do not think you are talking about all
Remedies , just the 12 salt remedies.
On the schuessler dot com site they say
Up to 12x is considered the upper limit of
What they consider salts. Regardless, they
Also say 6x should be sufficient for most
Problems.

I HAVE USED 200X ALSO WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS.
HERE THE CENTER HEADING IS TISSUE SALT.SO THE X POTENCIES MENTIONED PERTAINED TO THE SALTS ONLY.

Hi which website sells tissue salts 30X ? The highest they go up to is 12x.
