Varicocele with necrozospermia

Hi,
Pls suggest medicine for varicole with 4.1 mm on left side and 2.4 on right side of scrotum. I Don't have pain. Just a Little hanging is there.my age 37.pls suggest ..

In past I have mild varicocele .now varicocele has grade 3.there is no improvement with that medicine
