Involuntary Urination in Old Woman

My wife is an old woman 82 years old.

For many years, she has suffered from lower backache, depression and high blood pressure. For treatment, she took many allopathic medicines and less liquids to drain off toxicity. As a result, she got burning in bladder and infection. She got antibiotics many times.

Lately, her involuntary urination has become a shame, demoralizing and unhygienic. She must hurry but discharges before reaching toilet. She does not want to travel or visit friends overnight etc.

She puts on pads. Still she wets panties due to leaking.

Please help and guide. Thank you!
