Gastric problem of heart patient

One help/advise required:
My father undergone for angioplasty in May 2020. Ek stent daala. Other 3 main bhi blockage hai but due to his age of 74 they put only 1. Baaki unhone advise kiya ki medicine se try karenge. Blood thinners etc chal rahi hain. Rest of the things are ok. But he thinks he is facing problem of gastric. Unhe kabhi sweat aa jaata hai. Kabhi head bhari lagta hai, kabhi lips sookhe lagte hain , kabhi sir aur uske peechhe jakdan lagti hai.
So Just asking kya homeopathic medicine de sakte hain. Kya ye gas ke kaaran hai?

Hi Give him only Nux Vom 30 thrice a day
Such conditions are mostly due to medication

I am having combination nux+pulsatilla-30 C in one bottle mix. Whether it can be given?
