ibs? discomforthi homeopaths
2 weeks ago i had diarhea, i am not sure if it was something i ate.
i also have a lot of stress due to moving house.
my symptoms are, rolling noisy gurgling wind in the belly, a feeling of everything being blown up, or distended, a need to burp constantly, wind downwards too, a vile, sour taste in my mouth, belly ache, stitching pain on right hand side near groin.
this makes me feel very very anxious
i was advised staph 10m, for the resentment towards my eighbour who is a bully, and i feel pushed in to moving for my emotional health, although i am looking forward to it
the staph seems ok, also i was told to take trombidium 3 times a day for 3 days, 2 times a day for 2 days then once a week, this helped
also lycopdium 30c repeat as needed, i had 2 doses last week, and 1 on monday, 1 dose of trombidium yesterday
my question is, should i have had the lyc 30 on monday as i was mostly better, but got irritated and impatient with the sour taste, an vague stitching pain
last night beginning at midnight, i woke up in a lt of pain, and what felt like a return to symptoms, i wonder if i was aggravating, after stool at 6pm this morning i feel somewhat better, when i take the lyc is it a case of watch and wait for it to run its duration, and did i mess myself up by taking a 30 dose on monday, will it ever go, as im feeling insecure, and have anxiety anyway
