21 months baby boy speech issue

Today that is on 19th August ,2020 my baby body has completed 21 months. I am posting this thread in order to get some help in this forum. My boy is very active, intelligent, listens music and also understand what we say to him. But, he is not that interested to talk till now and it is a matter of concern for us. Often once in a while, he makes sounds like pa pa ..or some other sounds but he is not much more in talking habit or to addressing any one. He has a tendency to complete his demand by doing hand gesture.

We all the time talk to her and he also listen music, songs very eagerly but never tries to shout out them.

We would like to know your opinion and if any homeopathic remedy helps my boy to talk on his own regularly.
