Small bowel fistula and adhesion

I am 30 years old female.
I had 4 surgery in the Abdominal last year because my tumor spread into it. ( they still inside my body) Part of my stomach, bowel removed.
The surgery an chemo cause me a fistula in small bowel. Part of the gastric juice and food coming out from the fistula. That caused me malnutrition and dehydration, now I am using IV nutrition as support.
My bowel also adhesion due to several surgery , that make me difficult to digest food.
I am looking for remedy for my fistula and adhesion.

Calc Flour 30 five drops in an ounce of water three times a day in addition Silicea 3X five tabs three times a day.

I have Silicea 12X and Calc Flour 12X tabs. Because I saw other threads using them. Just started one day.

Can I use the above 12X or follow the dose you advise?

Thank you for your advise, should I both take 5 tabs three time a day?
Other concern is some food come out from fistula, will it affect the remedy? or they can absorb by the vein under the tongue?

YES BOTH TOGETHER.LET THEM DISSOLVE UNDER THE TONGUE.

It has been almost a week, but seem there is no big difference of the output. Only one day output decrease by 20~30%. Should I continuous and observe ?
