1. Green nasal and throat discharge, sometimes thick, sometimes gelly like
2. Feel dehydrated by evening 9 pm, eyes fell dry, slightly tired and heavy, will go to sleep immediately as soon as I close my eyes. Vertigo feeling when moving my head.
3. Slight discomfort at the ribs, feel like tightness when gas is struck, relieved by passing gas down.
4. Pain in between shoulder blades when moving head down.
5. Stiff and tired neck mostly in the evening until morning.

During mornings good energy, increased appetite and usual routine.

I am taking the previous adviced remedies.

1. Green nasal discharge gel like form. Frequency slightly reduced. Same from throat when clearing.
2. Neck pain at the right side to the nape.
3. Pain in between shoulder bladed when I move my head down.
4. Gas, feel like bloated and little stuffed.

I would appreciate your further advice.

At present taking the following, three times a day:
1. Rhus tox - 30c
2. Kali sulph - 6x
3. Calc Flour - 6x

In between took Kali bichromicum 30 C twice.

I am doing nasal irrigation twice a day and added vitamin supplements to the diet.

I would like to update that I am feeling the following today, appreciate your advice:

1. Greenish thick nasal discharge increased from yesterday. Last night had nose block for short time, took Kali bi and fine after that.
2. Have pain in between the shoulder blade when I move my head down. Pinching pains in the back below the shoulder blades. Pain at the nape of neck continues when I move my head.
3. Feel general tightness at the ribs under the chest like bloating and gas. Feel relieves after passing stool.

Thank you Dr Anuj.

It much improved with the post nasal drip with greenish mucus.

The quantity has reduced but the color is still green.

But I am happy with the progress.
