Stitches - How to make the skin flat?

I had an accident and i had few stitches on my face.
It happened one month ago.

But the stitches have swollen on that area. There is no wound. Everything is fine now. Just the stitches which pumped up the area. On inside lips and on nose and on mustache

Is it possible to flatten the stitches area?

Calcarea Fluor 6X five tabs three times a day.

Calendula Q be applied on the scar tissue three to four times a day.
