Plz help. Psychological case of two real brothers

I want to discuss case of my two elder brothers.

Brother 1:
Age about 39 years. Highly stubborn. Irresponsible, careless. He has two child. He once decide a thing, doesn't take u-turn. He has wasted our millions of rupees in doing wrong businesses. He is graduate of computer sciences. He works in so-called web development, search engine type business but always get money loss. He does not know how to do business. 17 years of life, he has wasted in hit and trial method. Manytimes we demanded him to do job, learn something business point of view. But he doesn't care. Some times he has not a single rupee having a family and children just becuase he has no source of income due to right consistent work. We many times try to realize him but he make fun, laugh, reply in non serious and irresponsibly. Interestingly, he has no emotional attachment to father, brother or sister. Mean he listened to none.
Same case was of my uncle. He consulted to a psychiatrist. He is better but got some side effects like confusion, weakness and over sleep.
We just want a remedy for him that he feels energy, get softness, humble, should be responsibly listen to us. We will help him.


Brother B:
Age 33 years. Having family 3 child. Listened to us but
Always confused. Not able to take decision of any type. Has much anger. Weak. Highly lazy. Awake over whole night outside and sleep in morning till whole day. Diet is very less. Not able to do household works. He like very comfort zone life but not ready to work hard to achieve it.

We want remedy that he is energetic, decision making and ready to work.

Kindly tell some remedies. I hope we will get back these both guys.
