Itching of private parts.

Thanks for your valuable reply. Here we get Nuxvom 200 and Graphite200 in pills form. Is it OK. How many pills to be consumed in one day(Nux Vom). please reply.

First of all I want to express my sincere gratitude for prescribing medicines for my health problem. This itching was troubling me for nearly one month.Based on your advice I have used NuxVom 200 for three days and Graphite 200 for one day. There is great relief in itching and remarkable recovery is there. Thanks a lot. Scrotal itching is no more. Now itching is only at anus and perineum. By thinking of worms,Earlier I have used nearly 6 doses of deworming tablet(ALBENDAZOLE 400MG ). But still the problem is there.

Yesterday I have observed one more thing. There is minor protrusion in my anus. Some sort of swelling only quarter portion of of anus. Protrusion occurred during defecation and it is not going back as usual( something fleshy thing size of a pepper).After some times it disappear . No pain. No bleeding.Only itching.No constipation. Don’t know whether it is piles. Fissure or fistula. But itching is there and worse at night. Sensation of insects crawling over anus is there. So kindly look in to this and suggest me suitable remedy. About me. 45 years old male. . Lead active life style with regular exercise and Yoga. No fast food. No other health issues like BP,Sugar or any life style diseases

Thanks for the replay. Small doubt is there. Is it mean that here after i need not take GRAPHITE. I have to take Sulphur 30- 3 times a day for ONE DAY and Kaliphos 6X Five tabs 3 times for ONE DAY.Kindly clarify.

During last five days , i have consumed Graphite 200 for 2 days and Sulphur 30 for one day(3 Times) and Kaliphos 6 X. But now intensity of itching is increased a lot. It is worst than the beginning. Anus,sides of anus, Perineum, in between thighs and scrotum is itches a lot. Especially at night time. Unable to control the scratching and due to that skin damage also there.Mild scales formation is there on scrotum. Only small relief that the swelling of anus is reduced.The protrusion also not much. Actually, what is this problem doctor?. Is it Pruritus ani or Tinea cruris. What may it be, it is troubling me a lot.So kindly prescribe me suitable medicine at the earliest.Thanks.Regards.

Thanks for the reply. I have stopped all medicines and will wait for 4 days. Will give feedback after 4 days.For itching, can i use Cetrizine?. Night time it troubles a lot and not able to sleep and more over i am injuring due to scratching.How to prevent it.

Dear Doctor,
As per your instruction I have stopped all medicines and ointment for last one week. The problem is still there. Itching on anus, Perineum and in between thigh is still there. Itching on scrotum is reduced considerably.Night time due to intense itching i still scratch it and damaging the skin(on perineum and in between thigh). After applying coconut oil and washing with luke warm water better relief is there for temporarily.But after sometime again itching starts. Protrusion of anus is no more and i think it is a good result.
So please suggest me suitable remedy to permanently cure this itching problem in my private parts at the earliest. Thanks with regards.

Dear Doctor, Do You mean to say that I need not take any medicine further and wait for 6-7 months. Or tell me what should i do now to prevent further aggravation of the problem and give suitable remedy. Regards.
