For increasing immune system of my body
Dear Doctor ,Actually i want to increase my immune system of my body . my body immune system is too weak . can you advise medicine for this problem ? Sometimes i am attacked by common cold . if i go to air conditioned room i am getting runny nose , cold feeling in the body , infect throat . so i need to increase or boost my immunity system so that i can protect myself from common cold problem . if my immune system is better then i can protect from covid 19 also. Someone tells me to take ' five phos 6X ', ' biocombination 28 ', ' Tinospora Q' ,' Ocimum Q ',' Echinacea Q ';but i am confused what i do .
