sulphur and sulphur iodatum- difference ?

i want to understand the difference of the characteristics ( mental.
et.etc. ) between sulphur and sulphur iodatum

could anybody help me ?

for dark red swollen eczema itching , and associated with varicose veins.

Mind -- anxious or apathetic -- dread of exertion.

Sulfur
Hot feet in bed , quick temper but soon over. Ragged trouser philosopher . Untidy sometimes smelly. Scaly eczema , early morn stool.
