Burning, tingling , numbness in penis. Nervous and physical weakness and stress. Obsessed with disturbing thoughts and low self-esteem
I am 25 years old. I have massive depression over premature ejaculation. I have taken ginseng capsules nonstop 2 years without masturbating orhaving sex or anything. It gave me super strength and confidence. But sfter quitting capsules I had having nightfalls every time I sleep nonstop 4 months day and night. Ginseng capsules doesn't work now anymore.Now I am suffering tingling and numbness with burning and ejaculating sensation inside my penis head+penis mouth and inside penis urinary veins to the penis tip to my balls.
I am so depressed, frustrated and procrastinated. No confidence to go out from my room and house. I can't look at anyone's eye, they sees only lust in my eyes, voice and body language. I hide from people like a thief. I feel so nervous and weak. If I work out for a moment next moment I feel fully exhausted and feel like dying .
I have no urinary infection or any sexual diseases.
Can anyone help me here?

1. height 5'6 weight 76kg. skin black, hair black50% fell off
2. no job , no desire for work.
3. masturbated at the age of 12/13 got premature ejaculation problem

Dr. jitesh sir i have done the course. my consciousness became clear after drinking coffee. skin numbness are 20-25% gone by the remedy. physical speed increased.
there is still numbness in skull, inner ear and ears and right pelvis bone and inside right buttock.
belly gas problem came back again
nightfall started again 7/8 times in last 14 days.
slight burnning sensation in penis with a sensation of quick ejaculation.(sweet food makes it worse)
i feel exhausted after a little work and no mood to talk to anyone
my whole body feels like it is boiled

Drjitesh sir i have taken the remedy. the burning sensation is faded. numbness from legs is gone.
now the problem is.... i can feel like my semen storage is full all the time.. semen are accumulated in penis .penis is very sensitive it's like a sensation centering in penis head part, and this part is still numb . eating dessert or any fruit makes this worse.
gas problem. digestion is poor.
