Black spot development on skin

Hello homeopaths,
Help needed.
My father of age 65 has long history of skin problems.
Now new problem developing.
He is getting black spots on his neck, chest, hands and everyday they are increasing in number. No itching in them.
Plz suggest medicine for this.

He normally have lot of skin issues like redness of skin even he touch and itch slightly.

Plz help.

Sorry,
I tried a lot to attach pics here..but some issues..

They are dark colour patches on his neck, stomach, hands and they are spreading more

Sir,
We are having lockdown in malaysia now.
So can't go for blood test.
He is having this issue for past 7 days and everyday spots increase.

no this is not melasma
its seem to me ecchymosis

get his prothrombin levels also checked once
as soon your lockdown get ease or if you have medical access get it done asap !!
