An alternative for Vitamin B12 injection

Hi, I need an alternative for vitamin B12 injection. Can you specify me any fruit or vegetable that possess this vitamin?. I am a pure vegetarian.

Google foods high in B12. Eat those everyday.

Just want to add that B12 injections are generally recommended when doctor suspects significant deficiency. For that you must take injections. Eating B12 food won't do it. You can later go for B12 diet to maintain levels.
