Dr Anuj please help with Dandruff issue
Hello Dr Anuj,My wife is 37 years old in good general health. She maintains a healthy diet and her blood tests show no deficiency or irregular thyroid function. She has excessive hair fall since last three months (100+ on hair wash days & 50+ on other days). Hair become very dry after wash and turns oily over next few days.
The scalp has moist pale yellow substance (mostly dandruff) which causes itchiness. This problem has also made her overly sensitive and she is fearful of more hair fall for coming days. She can't sleep properly due to nightmares about hair fall and often spends time weeping. Slight weight loss (1.5 kg) has also happened in these months.

Thank you for your advise. I could find Kali Sulph 6X and Silicea 30C but no hair oil. Please let me know, if she can take the same dosage of these as well or not. I will keep you posted on the condition after a week.

Hair oil is freely available in homeopathic shops across india and also online.
Dosage for both the salts five tabs of each three times a day.

Hello Doctor,
The medicines which you prescribed helped reducing hair fall to some extent but the dandruff still persist as a layer on scalp.
It goes and comes back the next day and seems like a chronic problem. Hair become quiet oily 2 days post hair wash. Shall we change the medicine?
Also in last few weeks the anxiety about the hair has increased a lot and there is constant negative thought moving in the mind about the condition & future of hair.
Please help with these anxiety attacks as well.

Have you got hold of Boericke and Tafel Zauberol Premium Hair oil ?
Start Kali Sulph 30 five pellets three times a day in addition and give a feedback after 7 days.
