Help with remedy suggestions for my 3 year old, bladder, potty training

Its been about a year and half potty training my daughter. She pees alil in her underwear or pants. She does the pee dance nd doesnt want to stop playing and will resist me trying to take her. First 6 months just seemed like typical occasional accidents. After that felt like there was a power struggle and frustration on my end and gradually accidents got worse and full blown peeing with shorter frequency between accidents. Around 10 months of potty training she got a uti, crying while peeing and high fever, was treated with antibiotics. 6months later still trouble with the tinkling in pants but not so much power struggle anymore or full on accidents. Some weeks she will have no accidents. I bought home uti test and it showed trace leukcytes sometimes but only after the testing timeline it says to check, she shows no discomfrot when peeing and will say it does not hurt anywhere when asked.

Info about her off the top of my head..

She wants sweet things like fruit, popsicles, granola bars

She takes awhile to fall asleep always gets out of bed for something she needs or wants, Says she scared sometimes, uses night light, wakes up from nightmares sometimes

She is very strong willed and knows what she wants, and asks for it. if she doesnt have her way she can throw major tantrums that are explosive, or be whinny and stubborn, or vocalaize her displeasure. She is sweet, loving and cuddly when she wants to be.

She likes to be outside, sing, dance, read, draw, imagination type play with cars,animals, dolls. Can get frusterated sometimes when she cant do something like button her doll up, can get loud and scream and throw it and have a tantrum.

Talks alot and well for her age likes to talk about what she sees like "that boy is sad" or "he has a green car" and will ask questions.

She used to be very well behaved and gentle until becoming a big sister then she started hitting, pushing, taking toys when upset and can be very bossy sometimes. ( potty training started when her baby sis was 5 momths old)

Sometimes she wont feed herself, she wants to be fed.

She is very small weight for her age always has been since birth average height, long eyelashes since birth and big expressive eyes. Curly wavy medium brown hair, skinny, round belly, medium light skin tone, has dark rings under eyes alil, has had boughts of exzema like patches of dry skin (dry skin tone color outlined with red) and small skintone bumps onarms, since she was young. Ive thought possible milk or wheat or egg allergy, have treated with probiotics and limits in diet. Sometiems she is itchy on her arms, belly, legs, regular lotion helps this. She has cracked dry lips sometimes.

Stool is sometimes mushy soft sometimes normal, poops pretty regularly 1 to 2x a day.

Any help ?
