Humble Request to prescribe Homeopathy Medicine as per the post
Respected Doctor,I am came from India and staying with my daughter's home. I was sick and i saw the doctor and took blood work. Glucose 104, Lipid Panel w/ Chol/HDL Ratio Cholestrol. Total 281, Triglycerides 159, LDL Chol Calc (NIH) 202, T.Chol /HDL Ratio 5.7. These reports are high and rest of the items are o.k.
Name: Suman Sharma, Female, DOB 12/31/1969.
Can you please prescribe the Homeopathy medicine. I will buy it in USA. Right now , I have no job for the past 2 years and have no insurance. This is humble request to you to prescribe the homeopathy medicine for me.
