Lateral meniscus tear

Hi, I am seeking help for my right knee pain, swelling, pain and inflammation on my knee as well as my lateral side of my right leg. My doctor said I will need a arthroscopy. I am a strong believer and follower of homeopathy. Please guide, thank you.

Here is what my MRI report.
IMPRESSION:

1. No acute fracture or dislocation.
2. Moderate to large right knee joint effusion.
3. Grade 1 sprain of the LCL.
4. Complex tear of the posterior horn and body of the lateral
meniscus, non-displaced.
5. Moderate chondromalacia and minimal subchondral cystic change along
the central aspect of the medial femoral condyle.

Good morning Dr. Sharma,

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. I will look into near by store or order online and will start taking. I will report you as soon I am done with one week. Just to clarify,

How many pallets I should be taking each time?
Also, do I need to continue whole week 3 times a day or just 3 times for a day?
Sorry for more questions.

Regards,
