aggravation simone or others
hi therei seem to go through an aggravation at the 2 week mark quite regularly after taking a remedy, is this normal
i have been taking an lm2 a few drops a day fr around 10 days, i seem to be going through an aggravation, i feel better in myself, but my physicals are worse, is this usual?
yesterday i had a slight nose bleed, which has happened before on remedies, but not for a while, it wasnt much, but i have a phobia of it
this morning my gums bled when i brushed my teeth, again it has happened before, and it wasnt much but enough to give me anxiety
i am also dreaming more, and woke up in the night feeling like i was going to have a panic attack, my breathing felt all over the place
again, i have had this before, and it has been checked by allopaths, about 5 or more times this year, including a week and a half ago by my gp, and all is clear again
when will these feelings stop, is it a good sign etc
i havnt had any remedy for 3 days now, as i darn't
i cant get in touch with my homeopath, as i have already had my 1 e mail, and will have to pay a good bit of money if i e mail again, or bring the appointment forwards
hoping someone can advise/comfort

When you react to a remedy you STOP. BC the remedy has triggered your life force to clear the problem. The life force has intelligence and will often bring back old things and release them.
So you wait and observe now-these things will pass. In LM dosing usually
When there is aggravation( you are having this)
One stops. Then after things subside one goes to the next LM potency if needed. Observe for a week or so.
