A boy 9 years old is having severe anal itching inside the anal opening. Mostly it starts in the evening and then worst in the night and when sleeping. Day time mostly no itching. He is Normal to thin weight, mostly constipated and is having psoriasis from the age of 5 only on or around the knee and ankle joints and near the hips etc. A small psoriasis part near right eye ( but it disappeared after 2 years of time. Weak heart guy who can't see anyone in pain, weeps very quickly, shy and low confident but likes to play with friends, good in running etc, very intelligent but don't want to speak in class. Writes his diary when he is sad and writes I am useless,I can't do anything, better I should die etc.

However now major issue is the anal itching. Please advise.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Petroleum 30
6pills 2times a day with 10 hours gap.
Give total 6 doses and update.
He may need Sulphur also. But don't want to give now. Let me check by lower.
Best of luck.

Thanks alot. I will start it. However there is one issue. I took him to a homeopath who prescribed calcarea carb 200 and he took one dose today. Can I give him petroleum now? His itching was normal today without any medicine so I don't know the impact of calcarea carb so far.

If he is fine with Cal Carb, don't give him anything else.

Contact with the prescriber and let him updated.
