Potencies for skin ailments

I am trying to get ride of some moles warts and a very ugly age spot (also known as liver spot)
I have read concerning different remedies but am not sure about protocol and potencies.
I had an excellent homeopath who passed away this spring (Dr George Skuby here in Chicago Illinois. 86 years old) He had helped me with many issues but told me that he did not have much success with skin issues. He felt there is danger, even with homeopathy that you can drive the skin problem inward and lead to worse conditions.

Anyway, I chose Sepia as the remedy because my ugliest areas are dark brown. Decide to start low. Took 6 pills of 6C one week. Then 6 pills again a week later.
I think next week I will do one pill daily for a week.
Take a week break and then do two pills daily.
I think that after that I will evaluate. Maybe break for two weeks and increase potency.
ANY IDEAS?
Try nosodes like Medorrhinum or Carisonssin?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Do not try nosodes. You are taking too many doses of remedies also.
You have a minor issue and are going to cause yourself problems.

Try a cell salt solution that you apply externally and keep on all night for warts /brown spots etc. Take 2 tabs of Kali mur 6x
Nat sulph, silica, Nat mur (all6x) and dissolve in some water and soak up in some gauze covered with band aid products.
This is safe.
