Discomfort in legsI am an 80 year old otherwise a healthy male.
Generally my health parameters are alright.
2. But I keep experiencing discomfort in legs including the waist region, particularly during walk or any movement.
3. I am relatively OK when at rest.
4. Also, whenever I undertake any new movement during yoga or an exercise I experience what can be roughly called "muscle catch" (In local language it is called "KHALLI"). This muscle catch then stays for 2 or 3 days.
5. I shall be grateful if some remedy is suggested.
