Sleeplessness disturbed sleep
I am 50 yrs, was suffering from pneumonia, had a allopathic treatment and recovered, now facing sleeplessness from 3.30 am disturbed sleep, sensation of numbness on scalp, sometime sensation of thread moving on my back, my RBC count is on the upper end of range and also platelet width, HbA1C 5.5, all the day I cannot sleep, please suggest, skin of backside of my hand is pale, hemoglobin is 16.5Ervees on 2021-01-14
