Reoccurring Bartholin Cyst

I am 31 years old and already for 2 and a half years, I have a Bartholin cyst on my right labia. This whole period it was never inflamed but did have changes in size. I had 2 times marsupialization with 1 year in between. After the first operation of a cyst (table tennis ball size), the opening got closed after 3 weeks and I got back the cyst. It was draining once in the while by itself after making sits bath with Tannolact 40%. I was doing sits bath 3 times a day, once in the morning and twice in the night after work and on the weekends I could do 5 times... It would help a little bit, but not much. It was very time consuming and annoying. Because I didn't see many results. Plus this whole situation makes me feel stressed and irritated because I am a professional contemporary dancer and I have a very big physical load 6 days a week, and it makes me feel uncomfortable to have a lump between my legs. Plus it was affecting my sexual life. I started to feel frustrated before sexual intercourse, couldn't relax and enjoy it. Because was always worried about how it might look and that afterward it will get bigger. Plus that constant fight inside of myself (feeling aroused and guilty at the same time). SO after the constant struggle and going to my gynecologist by now almost every 2 weeks also to drain cyst( it felt like I was visiting a friend by now). I decided to do a second marsupialization in hope that this time it will work. So 1 year after my first OP I did my second. And now the opening that was supposed to be there to drain the cyst was gone in 1 week. My body healed super fast. But oooh surprise and the cyst got back, few weeks after my second OP. I was so angry and disappointed I just went straight away to my Gynocologist and in tears was asking why did that happen... for what she said that at the hospital they should have done a different procedure...not marsupialization draining the cust and leaving an opening, but they should of have taken out the whole cyst as one. I was shocked by how it all went... and soooo disappointed. Because my problem is still not solved. Now I was thinking to maybe undergo 3rd OP, but this time with the extraction of the Bartholin gland and cyst. This is a much bigger operation and has many risks. But I am so desperate already. I must say thank God it doesn't hurt or get inflamed. At this moment it is the size of a grape after sex and a bit smaller 2 days later. But I feel like this cyst is always in the back of my head and controlling my life... I want to do a Yoga Teacher Course, but I am afraid that I will throw away my money because maybe my cyst gets bigger and I have to do OP again.
I am still not sure if I want to do 3rd OP, because I am afraid it will not help again... Then I found information that Silicea/Silica helps with this problem. I almost ordered Bio-Bambussprossen SIlica. But then got to this website and by reading messages here on the forum I see that it's not that easy...

Could you please help me and direct me in the right way? What product will be best for me and in what dosage?
