Balanitis or recurring yeast?

Having some symptoms of balanitis. Went to a doctor and tested twice, they gave me some cream but it wasn't useful. Symptoms come back from time to time. Tested negative for some other STIs.

Some red spots and sometimes there are pimple like stuff without pus that disappears quickly in a day or two on the glands. Sometimes urethra feels itchy but not sure if it's just mental. Very mild. Recently seem to have a reduced sexual appetite too. Or might be just growing older..

Frequent urination. Urine does not flow out completely. Some bubbles on urine when standing.

Partner describes fishy smell on penis. Partner seems to also get affected. And she gets fishy smell and white discharge and itchy vagina. But we both consulted doctors that give creams or check and say that there is nothing.

Male early 30s. Many thanks!

Please advise!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
On first day not sure if I imagined it, felt like peeing was easier. I mentioned earlier I also had frequent urination, that was occurring in the past frequently at night say 3 4 times a night. That seems to have reduced.

On today kind of the third morning, woke up suddenly feeling some sensation near the ducts. Not sure if imaginary. But I used to have like those fleeting passing pains that I ignored in the left side. I thought it might have been muscular strain. Woke up with that sensation of the pain on both sides. Not really painful. But wondering if it's an OK symptom?

On a 1 to 10, scale would be around 1. It ranges from a pin like prickly pain to a dull pain type of feeling a little like a clogged feel. My back near the kidney area has a similar feel on both sides for the dull ache feeling too, but I never quite bothered with it.

Also not sure if it's because of this, used to have some insomnia before this, would wake up 3 4 am feeling and thinking about stuff and the mind was very active. Then it will last a few hours until morning when I suddenly get sleepy near 6 7 ish and go back to sleep. Will feel tired after that for the day when it happens. Causing the whole day to feel lethargic. This or the alcohol content seemed to have helped lol. Feel like sleep is better. So was suddenly thinking maybe could do something with that insomnia too .

Many thanks krishna7

Definitely feeling slightly better. Although I don't know how much it will affect the balanitis because that comes and goes.

Easier urinating. Some sensations at the organs.

I should continue?

Definitely I am very grateful. Many many thanks!

Since about the fourth day I am getting very obvious itches. It comes and goes and is more obvious when I have nothing to focus on. It's near the base of the shaft and normally in the urethra.

Also haven't received the nux vom yet.

Should I be concerned?

Thank you!

Very thankful for your help Krishna :)

I tried both belladonna and nux vom. Didn't feel they had much of a major effect.

Belladona I thought I felt something maybe on the first day. But nothing much after. I take it normally in the day.

Nux vom doesn't quite seem to help. Instead I feel more awake at night suddenly again.

Also the itching in the base of penis seems more pronounced. But it comes and goes.
