Pilonidal cyst on 16 year old girl

Namaste. I’m looking for help for my 16 year old daughter who has a pilonidal cyst. Doctor has suggested surgery. I wanted to try homeopathy to Help her to avoid the surgery. Please suggest remedies.
She has 3 holes. Some draining of pus, only twice so far seen and a little bloody. And she has a lump in her tailbone area the size of a boondi .
She has no pain.
Please suggest remedy. Thank you so much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
PL give her
1. Hepar Sulph-200 6 pills twice a day (every day)
2. Gun powdwer-3x one tablet at bed time (every day)
3. Silica-1m 6 pills on every Sunday at bed time (on that day no Gun powder)

Pl give this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

Thank you very much. When I tried to add Gunpowder 3X to my cart, I am only finding Gunpowder 8x, 12X-30X. there is no 3X.
Please confirm which dosage. Thank you in advance,

Namaste, my daughter has no pain related to the cyst. Would she still need to take Hepar Sulph? Is that for reducing pain?
Thank you.
