Arnica for tooth extraction?
Hello,My mother had a tooth extracted (front, number 1 bottom left). Due to tooth falling apart the gums were cut and there is a wound and stitches in the bottom jaw. She is in a lot of pain not just around the wound, but the entire head and upper and lower jaw.
I have Arnica 30CH and Arnica 200Ch. If I understand well, it is recommended to dissolve a pellet in a water.
I have red previous posts, but I am not clear which one is recommended for tooth extraction 30 or 200?
Mom also has mild mitral regurgitation and is there anything she could take as a prevention against infection getting to the heart?

Many thanks.
My mother's gums healed nicely even though there was significant cut and she was in a lot of pain after anesthetic stopped working.
As soon as she took arnica the pain subsided to a level that was tolerable and she was able to sleep.
I have been using homeopathy for myself, my son and my mother for years. I am always amazed how it works.

In order to avoid any dental issues a pinch of POTASH ALUM should be used to massage the gums daily two times,morning and night.Rinse after a few minutes.

I am not familiar with POTASH ALUM. Is it homepathic and what potency I should be looking for? Or is more like a mother tincture.
I live in Toronto, Canada.
Would a health food store carry it? Healthy Planet, Healthy Palace or Big Carrot?
