I want to use these remedies due to Anxiety, Sadness, Stomach problems like gas, bloating and burping, shyness, urine urine incontinence, sometimes burning after urine,sexual power and libido decreased and erectile dysfunction?

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
PULSATILLA 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X AND NAT MUR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

I have to use staphisagria 30 with kali phos and nux vomica then from 4 day pulsatilla 30 with nat mur and silicia all together?

Staph and KP not required to be taken.Not indicated for your symptoms.

I have been using Pulsatilla 30 with Nat mur 6x and Silicea 6x thrice a day. Haven't find Nux Vomica so didnt used it. Still not much benefits has been seen. Lack of confidence, Hot flushes, anxiety, acidity, burping, gas and difficult stool and sometimes semen leakage after stools, sexual desire is very low with feeble erection, erection after ejaculation and morning erections, Do I continue with it?

Stop Nat Mur,instead have Nat Phos 6x,rest no change.Feedback after 7 days.

Found nux vomica 200, used first three days and then pulsatilla, nat phos and silicea thrice a day, overall not much beneficial, after using Nux Vomica there seems to be some confidence gaining and little improvement in erection and sexual desire, but not much, there is much gas trapped in stomach all the time, always bloated, no erection in day time except night and morning only. Do I continue with the same or ?

Didn't understand do I have to continue the same 3 remedies for a week? And how to take china 30? And stomach gas mostly felt in upper part left side of stomach, sometimes whole stomach,

I will use China 30 one dose as prescribed, one more thing my marriage is in 2-3 months, I'm very much depressed and stress due to low sexual desire and erection problems, performance anxiety and lack of confidence. Anxiety and stress is making all my problems worse?

Sorry for late reply, I was out of the city due to work. I didn't have used China30 yet, bit my problem is still there, dry hard difficult stools even I drink plenty of water, and secondly sexual weakness, erection problem, erections after emissions, and alot of anxieties about it, and somehow desire has also been decreased,
