Kitten diagnosed with megacolon

Hi , my name is Cathy and I just rescued a 3wk old kitten which was abandoned my its mom.
The kitten is unable to pass stool even after stimulation, the vet diagnosed her as possible suffering from mega colon where her intestines are unable to contract on its own. she was prescribed Cisapride w a pinch full of Miralax. She did have one bowel movement but hasn't had one since 3 days ago..Can someone please prescribe a homeopathic remedy for her constipation as well as a remedy to stimulate her intestines so they can start to contract on their own?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nux Vom 30 five pellets and MAG PHOS 6X three tabs, three times a day.

Feedback after 4 days.
