Nightshift Machine OperatorHello! My husband runs a forklift on a 3rd shift. He isn't getting great sleep during the daytime hours when he is off of work. He complains of being tired and worries about falling asleep while operating machinery.
While I know that there is no substitute for good REM sleep and he can't change his shift; is there a healthy alternative to get him through this and keep him awake without destroying his organs using highly caffeinated sodas? Thank you for your help!
