Do you want to use biochemic or dilution
In biochemic there is Kalium Phosphate but in dilution beyond 12 CH there is no Kalium Phosphate
Most of the homeopathic medicines do not have side effects depends on the sensitivity of the person
Why don’t you try for kidney issues on this forum
