Protocol for low oxygen conditions(Bio salt remedies)
Dear forum doctors/prescribers, I am researching and looking to build protocol for low oxygen conditions during covid patients using bio salts in additional to whatever medicines patients using. I think this is need of the hour.As far as my understanding and research on literature suggests that Silica 12 x , Kali Phos 6x and Nat Sulph 6x combination would be useful I will update forum on how it is working on those patients i prescribe.
Any recommendation and reviews on such protocol would be grateful for many.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Remedies in my radar for this low oxygen problem: carbo veg, antim tart, antim ars, grindelia robusta, aspidosperma Q, ammonium carb or Lachesis(both are inimical so only one at a time and won’t be used in proximity to one another based on cold or warm constitution. Lastly if any right chosen one falters, tuberculinum 200.
Another unconventional try would be coca Q this has helped people who suffer from low oxygen saturation in mountainous regions.

Thank you Sir Maheeru and Sir Kaps. Can any of them can be used as prophylaxis or from the onset being +ve,to prevent dropping levels below 95% ?. Thanks again for sharing.

Prophylaxis for +ve can be tried with Ars alb, Bryonia.
But oxygen drop being an intermediary stage would be difficult for prophylaxis but most likely would be avoided if remedies are given according to symptoms. It's rare people taking homeopathy move to cytokine or oxygen dependent state.

I don’t know what to make of it but personal experience
I sleep with my fist under my head or around neck
And have a habit of looking at my palms moment I wake up
I cud make out they were generally bluish, I thought it’s because of bad circulation due to closed fists under the head
Had one dose of Vanadium Met 200 the palms are no more bluish and there is a marked change in the colour of my finger nails.
Cytokine strom is the phenomenon that causes death of a covid patient
So it means that a patient has to be managed on a very thin line neither the autoimmune nor the virus, the symptoms it causes in a patient like absolute choking of air sacs in the lungs, shud result in a fatality
If you try to reduce the WBCs body may not be able to fight the virus if you let it rise it becomes a Cytokine storm.
Though homeopathy STRICTLY implies symptoms based prescription, personally, though I’m not a qualified homeopath, I feel the modern diagnostic techniques shud be used to aid prescription
Like in a covid patient remedies can be used for controlling WBCs
Increasing the efficiency of the pulmonary apparatus, increased SPO levels and other symptoms associated like loss of sense of smell and taste, body pain, fever , stomach and digestion issues
But the modern medicine is dead against anything other than whatever they have learnt
Backache if the MRI shows there are issues with the spinal disc
Arn Rhus Hyp Ruta Anac will not help to a permanent cure

Maheeru, Kaps Thank you for sharing exp and wise words. Like,many I moved to holistic approach- also including bio salt mixtures to the menu- NOT homeo mixtures) based on diagnostics.
I hear about a fatal variant one case o2 dropped within 4 hrs from 94% to 30% eventually deceased - should also panic attacks played their part here ).so i am tempted to add salt mixtures from the onset being +ve along with homeo Prophylaxis. As of now i am prescribing
(changing the potencies based on feedbacks)
FP + KM for from the onset
NS+Sil+KP to improve o2 levels and discoloration.
CS+KS+NS for breathing issues
KM for thrombosis
KP and CS intermittently all along.
NM and CP since beginning of recovery

More inputs:
As long as mixture covers the axis of FP 12x, KM 3x, NM 3x, NS 3x :) a good formulation for flu. Bio-chemics are supplementary and would be helpful. For difficult states CS 3x frequently should be done.
KM for thrombosis is classical (read clots). In addition FP, Arnica and Lachesis.
Need some flexibility to change to another effective one when first remedy does not work in crisis--- lay people won't consider that possibility--that's why I get hesitant when asked for one single prophylactic remedy.

In addition to NS+Sil+KP+CF to improve o2 levels, i am using CF + FP as well to restore blood vessel constriction in the affected lung capillaries.

Yes covid nosode could be an answer. A few years down the line I can see this used more and more to unblock this miasmatic layer. We need to wait till this gets widely available and standardised unless one is master in making one's own homeopathic medicines.
Low oxygen conditions as low as 30% sometimes respond positively to a remedy like carboneum oxygenisatum --200 and 1M could be employed. Could be a game changer. Real time users of this remedy can leave feedback.

By the bye, Maheeru/Kaps did you have any experience with Kali Muriaticum higher potencies like 30X or 200X ? I need this information as i lost my acquittance due to blood clots followed by brain stroke and heart strokes.
I have suggested Kali Mur 6X as i heard there is red clot on the arm anticipating clots, and Ars Alb 1m but only i was given only 4 hrs window to treat which i think is not enough
So wondering if Kali Mur higher potencies would have made any difference. Patient was given allopath blood thinners as usual but i don't think they really help to the extent as they never work at fibrin level. I also hear statistics that Singapore is treating blood clots effectively and reduced deaths larger extent - 32 out of 62,000 cases. Very impressive when compared to Indian numbers.

Nope I don't have experience with Kali mur 30x and 200x in clots. I only use 3x sometimes in combination with Ferr. phos 3x as support and not as main line.
Main line remedies I use are: Arnica and Lachesis. I don't prefer high potency like 1M but prefer 30 and 200 and frequent doses. If there are multiple clots and C scale is not enough I ask them to take daily water doses with LM potency(starting point being LM3). But these protocols usually save lives but would take time to recover in full, usually significant recovery happens between third and sixth month.
