Painful muscle spasms in my legs at night

I've been struggling since I hit menopause with muscle aches and pains
which get worse with foods that are high in carbohydrates (even the good carbs) This sometimes causes me to have painful muscle spasms in the calf of my legs in the middle of the night and in the palm of my right hand during the day along with burning sensations in legs. The doctor I saw at the hospital said my blood work shows low potassium and so now I eat avocados everyday which helps but only if I stay away from foods that are high in carbohydrates. A friend of mine thinks it might be the phytic acid found in grains that are interfering with my ability to absorb the minerals in my food properly and I think she might be right. Also my legs feel cold when I touch them but I don't feel that coldness Is there a cell salt remedy that I can take to get rid of the excess phytic acid from my body. It's been two days since I stopped eating all foods that are high in phytic acid and so far no painful spasms have occurred.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Lachesis 200 five pellets/drops in an ounce of water three times a day.

In addition Mag Phos 6x five tabs three times a day.

Feedback after every 4 days.

I don't have a way to purchase Lachesis right now but I do have a drawer full of schuessler cell salts. That's why I asked if there were any cell salts that could help deal with excess Phytic Acid.
