Eye strain after watching mobile and computer,

Dear sir
I am 36 years old male from Bihar

From last 6 month eye strain problem get started. After more time on mobile and computer. My profession is cyber related.

Left eye little reddish and watery.

Currently I m using Euphrasia eye drop.

Please advise.

Elaborate the problems. How do you feel difficulty? And how do you feel relief?
Example:
Can not focus steady.
Relief pressing.
