Loding Body strength
Hi all,I am 35years Male from India.
I observe myself losing body potentiality. Weight 83kg, height 5.6 Body becoming loose. Sweating even on little physical activity. Which is not the way before 3years.
Hair follicles on my body and beard coming out in normal rubbing with palm.
By the way I don’t feel fatigue. I am a software engineer and not enough physical activity.
For my stress and anxiety I am on below
Single dose Silicea 1M, Kali Phos 6x (thrice a day, 15days), Batch flower ELM 30 (thrice a day 15 days).
My psychiatric treatment is most important for me. Please help me if I can do anything simultaneously for improving my Body potentiality.

I took Silicea 1M one drop only on the first day.
Kali Phos 6x, Batch flower ELM 30 from 2nd day to 15day.

Multiple issues
You have tired a large no of remedies thru this forum but I did not find any names

Anyway
When was the last you had any remedy
What allopathic medicines are you taking now
What are your basic health issue NOW tell me in as less words as you can
lust of remedies with you along with potency
U will get better have patience

I have stopped Allopathic medicine in Last week October 2020. No medicines after.
Currently I am on Homeo from one week for my psychiatric.

Only dose of Silicea 1M on first day, 14days Kali Phos6x (3tabs 3times a day), 14days Batch Flower remedy ELM (3drops 3times a day).
Chronic issues I have now:
1. Psychiatric issues - Above Remedies
2. My Body potentiality is reducing. Can I take any remedy while continuing above psychiatric remedies.
