Dark Ankles Knot on Right Side of Right Feet

I have a Big dark rough spot on the right leg only. It's totally rough and less sensitive.

I am a vegetarian and sugar levels are normal. I am 38.

Is it Acanthosis Nigricans? any solution for this because home remedies not working. I am moisturizing it every day no luck.
