Hands & fingers swollen when outside in warm weather only

I've had this condition since being a child. I've used homeopathy a long time, done a lot of emotional healing, and recovered from a lot of aliments but I still get this. The severity isn't particularly high but I'd still like to be able to solve it and, ideally, understand why it is happening. Any ideas?

Age
Do you feel pain itching or any other discomfort alongwith the swelling ?
Is it only the warm weather or any other triggers that cause this

Headaches would be the other health issue. Thirsty and urinating more than I would like. Easily full from eating.

Last remedy was mercurius. Haven't completed it yet.

I'm 35.

Some itching with the swelling, yes.

I think it's only warm weather outside, yes. There's physical activity with being outside (walking) also so that could be involved.

Do you have great thirst for cold water or cool drinks Mercurius is prescribed for that what potency
Let me know once you finish the protocol
If it is not for the symptom post it
Where do you stay
I too felt that it is due to large intake of fluids
Water intake
Two glasses on empty stomach
1/3 glass at mid meals
Stomach full 45 minutes after meals
Rest of the time as and when ans as much you feel thirsty
