Constipation like stools

Guide me remedy for difficult stools like constipation, not hard stools but needs pressure to pass, and secondly emissions of white drops after these difficult stools,

Thuja O mother tincture 8 -10 drops in water empty stomach ( wake up rinse your mouth have the remedy nothing orally for next 20 minutes on brushing ) for a week
