Dizziness, weakness

I have got mild fever on 01st may morning having nose block , pain. Visit dr allopathy on 03 /05 morning.After 3 days smelling power gone. But test report found negative in covid

Taken allopathy
CEPODEM XP 325 5 Days
Azithro 500 3days
Wsoline 5days
Ambrodil plus syrp
After 15 days taken IVERMECTIN 12 , ZN, VITC
Fever stay only two days.

After taken above feel better now.

But following problem arises.
Weakness, dizziness, cough deposit in upper resperatory with dryness and slight white caugh productivity,slight pain if swallow in left side of throat (deep part),burning sensation in hand and leg in night and morning.

i am a chronic allergic patient with slight right side DNS and caught cold frequently.

After Test report is negative
Pls suggest.
