Kali Mur or Nat Mur overdose

Two days ago I thought of taking Nat phos tissue salts (4 tablets hyland's brand) twice a day. One was at lunch period the other one before bed time.
I woke up in the morning with a stiff shoulder. The pain was very bad so I decided to take 4 tablets of Nat Mur and Kali mur (hyland's brand) every 15 minutes in alteration. The dosage was spaced out later in the day. Today I wake up around 4:00 am with dry mouth, dry eyes, and when I drink some water I started to sweat. I took some Kali sulf to help with sweating and that stopped it.

Now I have dry mouth, dry eys, frequent urge to urination and dry skin behind my knees and my elbows.

Why these tissue salts are causing me that? Why they are creating symptoms they are supposed to help with.

What should I take to balance these tissue salts.

Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Wait for a couple of says they will subside I feel in 2-3 days
There is no need to balance or modify the effects
In future do not self medicate

Thank you! These are tissue salts. So I should not take Nat phos or other phosphate salts to offset the effects of sodium?
