Constant nausea //inability to eat // stomach pain

Hello. Would love some insight on my current situation. Constant nausea and heavy stomach pain for close to a week- not able to eat and worse for drinking anything. Have gone to ER twice for heart palpitations and dehydration/nausea. I haven’t found anything that makes it better. Constant shaking and chills especially in the legs. Sleeplessness at night with worsening of symptoms. Worse for lying down flat- must sit up. Intermittent diarrhea with rough looking stool. Constant headache on top of the head and forehead and pressure in frontal sinuses. Have tried many remedies with no relief.
