Dr.Anuj sir, reporting back after 24hrs. There is perhaps another 5% improvement or about the same as before. She is still having the urge to cough, more after having food. Consuming cough lozenges or warm water helps.

Dr.Anuj sir, due to some confusion the course of MAG PHOS 6X was run for 4 days, after the single dose of DROSERA. Afraid that so far do not see any further noticeable improvement. Is there any other course of treatment to try ?

RUMEX CRISPUS 30 FROM DAY 2,THREE TIMES A DAY.

Dr.Anuj sir, thank you for your continued attention and support to this case. I had to be offline for few days so did not see your last message and managed to log-in only today. As a result we did not start the latest prescription (adding Rumex Crispus 30). In fact, I am happy to share that with a repeat of Drosera (some 2 days back), but with Mag Phos 6X stopped for last 5 days, the child has shown noticeable improvement. Now, there is some limited duration, and lesser coughing only after meals, but otherwise throughout the day there is very little coughing sensation.
If possible, kindly advise if the latest prescription should be started ? If so, in the four day course, Drosera 30 is to be administered only once on day 1, while Mag Phos 6X should be administed thrice daily on all 4 days, but Rumex Crispis 30 should be administered only on day 2,3 and 4. Is that right ?

Dr.Anuj, the problem seems to be 85-90% resolved. The cough bouts after meals have reduced quite a bit in terms of frequency. Other than after meals, very very occasionally only she'd cough a bit. Also the mouth ulcers have not returned so far.
I am pleased to also share that we followed your advice and treatment after unsuccessfully trying allopathic treatment from her usual pediatrician and a highly recommended, very senior ENT specialist - both of whom we've had excellent results from in the past, but this time around this cough had been very tough to treat, but your treatment helped eventually.
Please advise on further course of action.

Good afternoon Dr.Anuj sir. The symptoms have plateaued i.e. very occasional coughing after meals only, and very occasional at other times, but no worse. I think we may consider it sufficiently resolved.
However, now the child is now "sniffing" (as in snifling) very very frequently and also involuntarily, every few seconds. When enquired (over several days) she says that her nose inside feels very dry, and the sniffing seems to give bit of relief. Is there some treatment in homeopathy for this ? The child doesn't seem to have any other visible issue at this time.

Dr.Anuj sir, we have not started her on Sambucus Nigra 30 yet, awaiting it's delivery. However, we are no longer giving her Mag Phos 6X either (since last 2 days) and looks like her coughing has again increased by 15-20%.
Also, the child said that this continuous "sniffing", is a way for her to breathe in enough air, as her nose feels dry but also blocked (as-is resisting airflow). Also toughing the nose (s.a. the way one does pranayam) gives her a burning sensation.
Do we start with Sambucus Nigra 30 once it arrives, or is there something change needed ?
